We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to help support our IT team to deliver superior customer service across our business.

About The Role:

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team within the IT Support and Analytics division. This role is essential in providing IT hardware and software support to staff and end users, ensuring smooth operation of existing systems and assisting with the implementation of new solutions to meet evolving organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist end users with hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Perform system setup, installation, and configuration of software applications
• Monitor and maintain existing IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
• Implement new IT solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organisation
• Administer and support mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions
• Ensure secure and efficient mobile device usage across the organisation
• Ensure accurate update and maintenance of IT Asset registers
• Provide support, including remote support, to users to resolve technical issues promptly
• Utilise remote support tools to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures, including the Essential Eight standards
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
• Exhibit strong customer service skills to effectively interact with users at all organisational levels
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to nontechnical users
• Document IT systems, processes, and procedures
• Identify and implement improvements to IT support processes

Skills & Experience

• Experience in administering and supporting end users with IT Systems
• Experience across Microsoft systems and applications, with knowledge of Intune and MDM solutions
• Familiar with Windows, Apple iOS and Android technologies and capable of working in environments that includes desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, printers,

Apps And Peripherals

• Exhibits strong customer service abilities and can effectively interact with individuals across all organisational levels
• Ability to document IT systems and processes
• Knowledge of Essential Eight standard preferred
• Good problem identification skills
• Ability to effectively translate complex business ideas and requirements to specifications
• Critical thinking when investigating appropriate solutions to suit business problems
• Completion of IT related degree or relevant experience
• Minimum one year of experience in an IT Support role
