Tygart is currently seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide direct support to a Department of Justice (DoJ) customer. The selected candidate will support a combination of program management, IT operations, and intelligence-related tasks. A current Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update applications in a cloud development environment.
- Support and administer on-premises testing and production virtual servers.
- Collaborate with agency enterprise developer services to transition applications into a full DevOps process.
- Assist the development team with system upgrades and deployments across multiple environments.
- Partner with security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain system documentation.
- Schedule, process, and document system deliveries and implementations.
- Monitor and resolve issues reported by application users.
- Research and respond to development team questions and technical challenges.
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant Systems Administrator experience, including: Managing system delivery schedules and documentation
- Supporting on-premises environments from both software and security perspectives
- Guiding software changes through a customized approval process
- Experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for backups, restores, and script execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s Degree An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
