Assistant Store Manager – Customer Service Manager

You’ll lead from the front, setting the standard for customer engagement, team development, and store presentation. Your focus will be on creating a vibrant, welcoming environment where customers feel supported and inspired.

• Proven experience in retail leadership with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising, particularly in fashion/apparel

Assistant Store Manager – Inventory Manager

You’ll be the engine room of the store, ensuring stock is received, replenished, and managed with precision. Your leadership will ensure the back-of-house runs smoothly and supports an exceptional front-of-house experience.

• Experience in inventory control, stock management, and leading refill teams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cycle counts and stocktakes
