Summary:
Join a leading, forward-thinking wealth management firm pioneering the use of Generative AI to enable strategic priorities for the firm to transform investments, advisor experiences and enterprise operations. As an AI/ML Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, prototyping, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered products that integrate seamlessly into the firm’s digital ecosystem. Leveraging expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and full-stack development familiarity, you will accelerate innovation while ensuring compliance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Rag-Based Application Development
- Design, build, and support RAG-powered applications to enable intelligent knowledge retrieval and decision-making.
- Apply advanced AI frameworks to develop modular, scalable solutions.
Agentic Workflow Engineering
- Develop AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or ADK.
- Integrate agentic orchestration patterns for complex enterprise use cases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Full Stack Experience
- Partner with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-powered applications.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy and operational needs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX developers to deliver seamless AI-driven user experiences.
- Contribute to backend systems with Python FastAPI and occasionally frontend interfaces with React.
Software Engineering Practices
- Implement best practices in CI/CD, version control, testing, and observability.
- Improve delivery speed and reliability through automation and agile workflows.
Compliance & Responsible AI
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, compliance, and responsible AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and design.
- Strong expertise in RAG pipelines, LLM integration, and AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML workflows and FastAPI for backend development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with MLOps, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based on individual and company performance.
Eligible employees may participate in a 401 (k) program with a company profit sharing contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability coverage and paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
