Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health (Full Time) - 6065

St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a Full Time Nurse Manager of the Behavioral Health.  Eligible candidates would be responsible and accountable for management and clinical activities on designated units so that optimal quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner 24 hours a day.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing and hold a current license in State of West Virginia.  BSN required.  MSN, MHA or MBA preferred. Certification in specialty area required within 3 years of employment as Clinical Manager. 

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience. PACU/OHRR manager should have a minimum of 3 years ICU experience.

Certifications/Skills:

Demonstrate competence in management and leadership skills.  Should maintain skills in order to relate to changing care needs.  BLS required.  Desirable:  Member of a professional organization.
