Your Role:

We’re seeking a driven and strategic Brand Manager to lead the Flooring and Coatings portfolio within Fosroc ANZ. In this role, you’ll shape and deliver marketing strategies that differentiate our products, strengthen brand equity, and drive market share growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager ANZ, you’ll take ownership of developing and executing customer-driven marketing plans that contribute to long-term business growth.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with our product segment specialists, commercial team, and R&D to bring innovation to market, build strong customer engagement programs and grow your product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen Fosroc’s Flooring & Coatings portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align brand plans with commercial and operational objectives.
  • Manage go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring impactful execution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop engagement programs for engineers, specifiers, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and build a strong pipeline of new product development initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B brand or portfolio management, ideally within the construction or building industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving profitable outcomes.
  • Skilled in insight generation, brand planning, positioning, and execution.
