Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity across all functions—from daily operations to strategic insights. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end/year-end closings.
• Lead cost control and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records: cash flows, forecasts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insight.
• Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and brand-specific standards (e.g., Marriott or Radisson Hotel Group).

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Chief Accountant, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of local tax laws and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications are an asset).
• Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
