Job Summary:
The Red Hat marketing team is looking for a Principal Marketing Manager for Enterprise Programs to join us in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will manage how Red Hat positions itself and creates demand within the enterprise segment. As a Principal Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be to design and carry out field marketing programs for enterprise  including Red Hat global annual conference tour, field events and  3rd Party events etc which have a significant, visible impact on pipeline growth for Japan, ensuring that marketing objectives are tightly aligned to business strategy. You will partner closely with  sales teams and APAC Marketing team to understand the customer and industry landscape and with the marketing teams at the country and APAC level to ensure smooth, impactful delivery. We are a fast-paced team and we pride ourselves on designing and delivering world-class marketing programs for our target audiences.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead  and manage a program for Red Hat global annual conference  for Japan enterprise customers and partners by working with APAC and Global team and suitable suppliers and provide an onsite support 
  • Planning and Executing the marketing strategy for Red Hat’s approach to targeting senior executives in IT and lines of business (LOB) within the industry vertical (Financial Service) and ABM  including the creation of the marketing strategy and delivery of programs targeting high-value and high-potential customers.  
  • Develop and Implement the marketing programs in the Finance industry  including content,  inbound lead follow-up, nurture, in-person and virtual events, and customer engagements with the goal of building and accelerating pipeline. 
  • Develop and maintain a view of segmentation, targeting and positioning across accounts and target personas within the Enterprise segment - and align our go-to-market by bringing together their needs with Red Hat’s solutions and services. 
  • Budget management and ROI evaluation for each program
  • Analyze results, metrics, and Create reports to define effectiveness of program activities
  • Enhance marketing effectiveness by championing a team culture of continuous learning and process improvement, while identifying and implementing best practices in audience segmentation and marketing techniques.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of B2B program marketing experience in a  BtoB technology field
  • Knowledge of and experience in marketing to enterprise  preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create and develop strategies and integrated marketing campaigns, with the ability to carry out the tactical elements of these plans 
  • Can do attitude, Self starter and proactive attitude
  • Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to take the initiative and deliver projects with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills  
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization in internal and external and both Japanese and English speaking.
  • Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks, projects, and relationships
