We are currently looking for a Program Marketing intern to join us in Brno. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain program knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing funnel. You will have the opportunity to learn sales messaging techniques, develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio and gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing, data intelligence, lead development and sales. You will work hand in hand with the Program Managers in the Program and Digital Experience team. You will assist with the coordination and execution of demand generation programs and awareness campaigns to market Red Hat´s solution portfolio.

Red Hat’s Intern Program is a collaborative effort between the Emerging Talent team and our intern managers. The program is designed to offer a meaningful and well-rounded experience — combining professional development, networking opportunities, social engagement, and impactful work. This is a paid internship based in our Brno office, typically lasting 12 months, with the possibility to extend up to 24 months. Interns work on average 20 hours per week, with flexible working hours, and the expected start date is February 1st.
What you will do
- Set up campaigns in our internal tools (MO-Hub, Marketo, RHSC)
- Assist with the setup of events and webinars, processing of registrations, email reminders, and follow-up emails.
- Create campaign tracking codes and consolidate reporting
- Help working on paid media plans and digital campaign execution
- Support on internal communication, newsletters etc.
- Work in collaboration with field marketers and agencies
- Take part in the project management for programs and campaigns
What You Will Bring:
- You must be enrolled in a Czech university (Bachelor’s 3rd/4th year or Master’s) for the full internship duration and be able to work full-time within 2 years.
- Working knowledge of written and spoken English
- Desire to work in an agile EMEA Marketing team; good communication skills
- Ability to support the crafting and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that span owned and paid digital media while taking into account customer journeys and the data flow
- Some familiarity with social and digital media
