About the role:The Senior Marketing Manager for Home Services Group (HSG) Europe will lead strategic marketing initiatives across Amcare UK, Livramedom France, and emerging HSG businesses in other European markets. This role drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and service innovation across digital and traditional channels, supporting all Convatec categories delivered through HSG—including Continence Care, Ostomy, and Wound Care.
Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, the role oversees campaign development, budget management, and performance tracking. A data-driven mindset is essential, leveraging market research and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams—commercial, regulatory, and global marketing—to ensure cohesive execution across diverse markets.
The ideal candidate brings extensive multi-channel marketing experience, a strong understanding of European healthcare systems, and a proven ability to lead cross-market initiatives. Strong analytical skills, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement are key to success in this dynamic, growth-oriented role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Support local teams on the development of market-specific strategies, especially in case of new market entries in Europe.
- Provide strategic direction for product sampling initiatives within HSG Europe.
- Adapt role and responsibilities as needed based on evolving business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Campaign & Channel Management
- Provide strategic direction for product sampling initiatives within HSG Europe.

- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital (web, social media, email) and traditional media.
- Ensure campaigns are locally adapted based on relevant reimbursement, HCP and consumer insights.
- Oversee website content management to ensure optimal user experience, brand messaging, and conversion optimization.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Budgeting & Performance Tracking
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Support the development and execution of marketing KPIs for HSG Europe.
Brand & Content Development
- Develop and refine brand positioning for the organization and its services.
- Create compelling marketing content and materials that support the customer journey .
- Ensure marketing materials across all channels are consistent, relevant, and updated to be compliant with any necessary medical, regulatory and legal approval processes.
Customer Insights & Retention
- Lead market research initiatives to understand customer personas, behaviors, and preferences.
- Analyse customer feedback through tools like NPS and review platforms to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs to improve NPS.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead market research initiatives to understand customer personas, behaviors, and preferences.

- Represent HSG Europe in global marketing forums
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure alignment between marketing promises and customer experience.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendor partners.
Competitive Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches to engage target audiences.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing activities.
- Management of people for a potential future team as the business continues to grow.

Marketing Expertise
- Proven track record with 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
- Excellent marketing capabilities across multiple channels, including experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Creative problem-solving approach with a track record of developing innovative marketing solutions.
Communication & Collaboration
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally, across a global BU, and with external partners.

Travel Requirements
Position involves travel up to 25% of the time, including regular visits to the Runcorn site and occasional international trips. Trips may include overnight travel

Working Conditions
