About The Role:

We’re looking for someone who is prepared to work weekends, early mornings and some evenings to take our platforms to the next level and deliver on commercial integrations.

You'll be the voice of our team online — creating content, executing strategies, engaging with fans and telling the stories that define our culture, our talent and our legacy.

You’ll cover the biggest news stories in the West and help grow our SEN WA audiences.

SEN are on the hunt for a digitally savvy coordinator with a sports mad brain, passion for content and community creation and all things social media and trends.

We want to redefine how our audiences engage with sport, our talent and our players by creating attention grabbing, fun, engaging and high-quality content to distribute across our channels.

About You:

• Strong knowledge of sports – from AFL to horse racing to basketball and everything in between.
• You have experience creating content that performs well on social platforms
• An eye for what’s trending in sport and online culture
• A positive attitude and understanding of collaborative team work
• Confidence in editing video and static formats using Adobe Suite or similar tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Create scroll-stopping content across all sport with a lean towards short-form videos, written content and reactive social content
• Develop and execute content strategies across all major platforms with a focus on audience growth, engagement and retention
• Design and produce social content — including video memes, photoshops, short edits, GIFs
• Work closely with SEN talent to create authentic, point of difference and behind-the-scenes content
• Confidently use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva etc.
• Actively publish and schedule content, both reactive and planned, across all SEN channels
• Track performance and engagement metrics, adjusting content to maximize reach
• Play a key role in shaping how SEN WA are viewed by all demographics
• Be a team player and ready to work weekends, evenings and early mornings
