Maintenance Technician

Resideo is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Emmen. In this hands-on role, you’ll be part of a skilled and supportive team that maintains, repairs, and optimizes production equipment used in our manufacturing processes. You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s most talented assembly mechanics, ensuring that our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you continue developing your technical expertise and career.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose, analyse, and resolve electrical disruptions in production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on die casting and machining machinery to ensure uninterrupted production
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Test and verify functionality of repaired equipment and components
• Identify, order, and replace defective or worn parts
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Ensure full compliance with all internal safety and quality procedures
• Participate in project teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform routine administrative and documentation tasks related to maintenance activities

You Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience of maintaining and repairing one or more of the following types of equipment; die cast machinery, pneumatic machinery, hydraulic machinery, press machinery, ovens and / or robotic cells

We Value:

• Specialization in electrical technology
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic repair
• MBO-level education in Mechanical, Maintenance, or Electrical Engineering
• Attention to detail and ability to follow meticulous instructions
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to complete work as instructed and follow up
• Flexibility to cover morning, afternoon and night shifts on rotation (3 shift rotation)
