Purpose Of Role:

This role leads the digital commerce strategy for official e-stores and manages end-to-end operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. It covers performance management of official stores, social commerce, livestreaming, and affiliate marketing to drive growth and strengthen brand presence online.

The position supports omnichannel retail partners such as Watsons, Guardian, Big Pharmacy, and Caring Pharmacy across platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and retailer.com.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Livestream Execution: Strategizes livestream sessions across platforms, manages calendars, sets KPIs, and ensures session optimization.
  • Retailer Account Management: Manages promotional planning, product listings, campaign execution, and reporting for key offline retailer online stores.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Recruits and manages affiliate creators via seller center; tracks performance and supports influencer seeding.
  • Content & Campaign Planning: Develops and aligns e-commerce and social commerce campaign calendars with broader sales and marketing objectives.
  • Sales Conversion & Promotions: Crafts promotional mechanics (e.g., bundles, PWP, GWP), monitors pricing strategies, and evaluates promotion ROI.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborates with sales, supply chain, creative, media, and digital teams to ensure store readiness and campaign alignment.
  • Platform Optimization: Enhances store performance through improved product listings, visual design, banners, and keyword strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Delivers regular reporting on key metrics including GMV, conversion, sell-thru, traffic, and engagement across platforms.
  • Tool & System Use: Leverages platforms such as Data Studio, Power BI, affiliate dashboards, and retailer.com portals to track and optimize performance.
  • Innovation & Trends: Pilots new e-commerce features including live-exclusive promotions, affiliate bundles, in-app advertising, and competitive pricing tools.

Who Are You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel retail operations.
  • Deep understanding of Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools 
  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs and social commerce channels.
  • Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret sales and engagement data to inform strategy.
  • Knowledge of livestream commerce trends and emerging social selling techniques.
