Key Responsibilities
- Review, and negotiate contracts for city-side development projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and business priorities.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve disputes effectively.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and report on contract performance metrics, ensuring adherence to budgetary and operational benchmarks.
- Provide expert guidance on contract management best practices, leveraging deep domain knowledge in commercial real estate.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure contracts are structured to support the development of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings, reflecting the business unit’s operational focus.
- Utilize advanced contract management tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support the Project Head in strategic decision-making by providing detailed contract analysis and recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in commercial construction, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
Domain Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices specific to commercial real estate.
- Expertise in handling contracts related to city-side development projects, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
Digital & Operational Tools
- Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with analytics platforms for tracking contract performance metrics.
Leadership Capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
- Proven track record of improving contract efficiency and reducing project risks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.

Educational Background

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the construction of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
