Job Purpose: Executive - F&B is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service across all Food & Beverage outlets within the airport. This role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining strict food safety, hygiene standards, managing inventory, ensuring accurate transaction recording through the EPOS system. It also includes lounge operations like menu preparation and hygiene adherence, maintaining a clean and upscale ambiance, and ensuring impeccable food and beverage presentation.
Customer Experience Management:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, driving high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Effectively manage client grievances through a structured and empathetic approach to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining areas.
F&B Outlet Operations:
Assist in daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service flow and compliance with brand standards.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, driving high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Stay updated and maintain a thorough understanding of the lounge's F&B offerings, including menus, beverages, and special dietary requirements, to effectively answer guest inquiries.
Continuously assess and improve operational processes, from check-in to service delivery, to enhance efficiency, reduce wait times, and improve guest satisfaction.
Manage lounge capacity effectively during peak and off-peak hours, ensuring optimal use of space and resources while maintaining high service levels.
Ensure Food Safety And Hygiene:
Ensure implementation and maintenance of strict food safety and hygiene protocols to safeguard food quality and prevent contamination.
Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards across all F&B outlets.
Regulatory And Epos Compliance:
Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded, with every bill being punched through the Adani EPOS system.
Ensure that all F&B concessionaires strictly follow their respective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
Campaign Management:
Support in organizing, direct, and evaluate Food & Beverage-related campaigns to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
Oversee and ensure the smooth implementation of all promotional activities and activations at all F&B outlets, maximizing their impact on customer experience and sales.
Performance Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as guest satisfaction scores, revenue per guest, and operational costs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Help use the data to find ways to make the lounge experience better and more efficient.

Education Qualification:
