Head O&M (Hydro PSP)

Lead and develop the hydro and pump storage plants O&M  to align with corporate strategy and maximize revenue from the assets..

Optimize plant performance and energy output through predictive analytics and condition monitoring.

Manage budgets for capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx).

Develop long-term asset renewal and investment strategies.

Present performance reports and investment plans to senior leadership and stakeholders

Ensure regulatory compliance of hydroelectric and Pump storage plants and infrastructure

Liaise with local teams and other stakeholders for compliance and reporting

Lead and Contribute to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives.

Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, and industry partners.

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical.

20+ years of experience where 15+ years of experience in leading Operations & Maintenance. 

Preferred experience in Hydro PSP projects.
