Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing (Copper Tube)

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Prepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedback

Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Education Qualification

• Engineering gradute or relevant field
• Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)

Experience

• 10-14 years of experience in marketing within the Copper industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving business growth
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of the Copper industry, market trends, and customer needs
