Deputy Manager - Geologist

Lead geological assessments to identify potential Metal mining sites and evaluate their feasibility.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on geological findings to drive informed decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mining plans in line with business objectives.

Manage and oversee exploration and drilling activities to support Copper and Strategic & Precious Metals mining operations.

Conduct thorough analysis of geological data and create comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the field of geology and mining.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines in all geological and mining activities.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior geologists and mining staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Contribute to the overall strategic planning and vision for the metal business segment.

Technology and IT Enablement- Proficiency in MS Office, Geologists related tools

Job Criteria

• Over 10 years of experience in the metal and Mining industry.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of successful geological assessments and project management.
• Proven experience in driving growth and development within the metal and mining sector.
