Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist | Specialty Clinic

Join the CentraCare MTM team, working in specialty care, to positively impact patient care and Make Rural Life Healthier. In this new role, you will work directly with patients to ensure that their medications are indicated, safe, effective, and able to be taken as prescribed. This position requires a high level of clinical skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues, including other health care providers. 

Schedule

• Full-time | 64 to 80 hours per two weeks | Onsite
• Days | Monday-Friday | Primary hours 8am-5pm | 4 to 5 days a week
• No weekends or holidays! 

Pay And Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $124,030.40 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range:  $124,030.40 - $186,430.40 per year
• Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required.
• Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 ambulatory care residency or comparable experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy highly preferred
• Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required. 
• Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 90 Days Required
• Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 ambulatory care residency or comparable experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy highly preferred
