DP World Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our national infrastructure portfolio. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll drive the effective, secure, and scalable delivery of technology services across the business, managing all IT infrastructure assets and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and management of IT infrastructure across data centres, networks, servers, and end-user environments in line with global standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations across Oceania, ensuring system reliability, performance, and compliance.
  • Deliver infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations, on time and within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies, SOCI regulations, and IT governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business units and global IT to align infrastructure solutions with operational needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and SLA compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardisation, and technology innovation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering accountability and collaboration

Qualifications, Experience And Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related field.
  • 10+ years’ IT experience, with 7+ years in infrastructure management.
  • ITIL Foundation certification required; PRINCE2 preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure transformation, cloud technologies, and disaster recovery.
  • Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cloud platforms, security, and ITIL processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
