About Clearstory

Change Orders are a $200 billion problem in commercial construction. They slow down jobs, create billing chaos, and strain relationships between GCs, subs, and owners. Clearstory was built to fix that, fast.

We’re the industry’s first (and only) Change Order Communication and Workflow Platform. Our network-based SaaS solution closes the gap between financial systems, field teams, and project stakeholders. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, PDFs, and inbox threads, teams use Clearstory to streamline T&M tags, standardize Change Orders, and keep everyone aligned in real time.

The market is massive, the pain is urgent, and our product is solving it already tracking billions in Change Orders every month across the US. We’ve already proven product-market fit with some of the biggest names in construction. Now we’re scaling fast—and we’re hiring a Data Analytics Lead to help us do it intelligently and take advantage of the massive and exciting opportunity we have with data.

The Opportunity

Just as TurboTax transformed tax filing and Expensify reinvented expense management, Clearstory is redefining how construction teams communicate costs. As our Data Analytics Lead, you’ll build the data foundation that fuels every major business decision—from go-to-market optimization to product growth and customer success.

You’ll lead the charge in turning our company-wide data strategy into action: aligning teams, defining shared metrics, and uncovering insights that accelerate revenue and retention. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, coaching others, and shaping a data-driven culture that scales with the company.
