The Role:
We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract top commercial talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams. This role will be responsible for building strong pipelines of revenue-generating talent, partnering closely with GTM leadership, and driving a world-class candidate experience in a high-growth, global environment.
Based in the U.S., this recruiter will play a critical role in helping us scale our go-to-market organization as we expand into new markets and segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner With Gtm Leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, And Partnerships) To Deeply Understand Role Requirements, Team Strategy, And Success Profiles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing through to offer negotiations and closing.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines by leveraging outbound sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, and networking in relevant GTM communities.
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through each stage with clarity and speed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market insights, recruiting strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
- Utilize recruiting systems (ATS/CRM) and reporting tools to maintain data integrity and track progress against hiring goals and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and funnel metrics
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to strengthen employer brand within GTM talent pools.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused on GTM functions in high-growth SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology companies.
- Strong track record of successfully hiring for quota-carrying sales, revenue leadership, and customer-facing roles.
- You're comfortable building high quality ongoing pipelines for GTM leadership roles, Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Channel Managers, BDR’s, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Customer Support
- Understanding of GTM org structures, compensation models, and metrics (quota, OTE, renewal rates, etc.).
- Strong sourcing ability, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry groups, and direct networking.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail and closing skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- You take pride in filling hard roles with speed, and quality
- Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams is a plus.
