For over 20 years, we’ve served fresh, feel-good Mediterranean food in Southern California and Dallas–Fort Worth (50+ locations and counting). Now, we’re expanding into the Stevenson Ranch area—and we’re looking for a few BOH Leaders to help set the standard for our kitchens and inspire our opening team.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2+ years of BOH Leadership experience required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate kitchen team members
• Strong knowledge of food prep, line execution, and inventory basics
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily kitchen operations and set the pace for the team
• Prepare and cook our fresh Mediterranean menu to spec, every time
• Train and mentor cooks to maintain consistency and quality
• Coordinate with FOH managers and Hospitality Specialists to keep service seamless
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back of house
