We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented PMO professional to lead and support the execution of our digital strategy initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving governance, alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, digital acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful outcomes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Oversight
• Manage the portfolio of digital strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across programs and report to executive leadership.
• Governance & Standards
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and best practices tailored to digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, budgeting, and reporting standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, and external partners.
• Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and executive updates.
• Performance & Analytics
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor digital strategy execution and value realization.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Resource & Budget Management
• Support resource planning, allocation, and budget tracking across digital initiatives.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to optimize delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2 years in digital transformation.
