We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong experience in agile delivery, digital workflows, and stakeholder collaboration to lead requirements gathering and support enterprise-level initiatives. The role involves producing high-quality business and technical artefacts, managing project backlogs, and working across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business needs and strategic objectives to enable the creation of high-quality business analysis deliverables.
  • Accountable for the creation of business and technical analysis artefacts such as requirements, functional specifications, application/process workflows, use cases, screen mock-ups, user stories, integration mapping, and technical impact assessments.
  • Provide information to others regarding the business analysis artefacts to support IT solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Work closely with business subject matter experts to gain a clear understanding of current and future processes, business needs, and application-related issues, while identifying data discrepancies that must be addressed during IT delivery.
  • Accountable for managing, refining, and sustaining the project backlog to ensure effective execution of enterprise-level initiatives, including strategic projects and business enhancements.
  • Translate project scope into well-defined functional requirements, including product features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, and/or 5+ years of experience in Functional Business Analysis with a strong focus on Digital initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead business requirements gathering, documentation for digital website and integration needs, as well as facilitate agile ceremonies, with capacity to take on Scrum Master responsibilities.
  • Skilled in collaborating with Product Manager, Digital producer, UX/UI teams, and Tech Lead to define user journeys, prototypes, and both functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of digital workflows, customer experience design, and integration of web platforms with backend systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Suites, and familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and CMS platforms.
  • Experienced with APIs, microservices, system integration concepts, and managing multiple workstreams in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating and maintaining artefacts such as use cases, user stories, functional and technical requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and resolve complex issues.
