Junior Product Designer

Role PurposeThe Product Designer will be responsible for crafting digital experiences with a user-centereddesign approach. Managing each stage of digital product design, including research,wireframing, prototyping, testing, and analysis.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers in developing new features
• Conduct UX Research and translate it into user insights
• Gather insights about the users
• Create an elegant User Experience through well-defined Personas, User Stories, FlowDiagrams, Sitemaps, and Wireframes
• Design with component-based approach and pixel-perfect User Interfaces
• Prototype new features, test, and optimize
• Propose improvements for current features based on insights
• Plan and estimate both simple and complex projects
• Contribute to and evangelize the OP Design System
• Comfortable taking on tasks outside of your comfort zone

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with end-to-end product design, preferably with experience designing solutions for SaaS applications
• Experience in creating lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes in Figma or Sketch
• Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, and iOS)
• Understanding the business context and user needs is at the top of your list - before getting into prototyping
• Good knowledge of usability testing - from preparing the prototypes, creating test plans, crafting on-point questions, defining KPIs, recruiting the participants, conducting testing, analyzing, and identifying problems to solve
• Good understanding of modern front-end technologies
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and can-do attitude
• An excellent eye for design and attention to detail
• A natural self-starter and problem solver
