Position Overview:
Tiffany & Co. a global luxury jeweler founded in 1837, renowned for its timeless elegance, innovative design, and fine craftsmanship, is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our North America Client Relations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury client engagement by directly supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of client experiences across North America.
From High Jewelry events to daily retail activations, the Intern will play a key role in developing regional gifting strategies, managing vendor relationships, and creating bespoke luxury hospitality initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and proactive—eager to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to experiences that foster meaningful client connections while upholding Tiffany’s unparalleled standard of excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the facilitation and development of programs, strategies, and service support related to Client Experience for High Jewelry Events and Daily Business
- Support regional gifting initiatives and manage the Client Relations gifting inventory
- Lease with outside vendors and continuously research new vendors, ideas, and trends within the industry
- Reporting and tracking of experience budgets to efficiently manage spending, while identifying risks and opportunities
- Cross-functional partnerships to create 360 support plans to ensure that all corresponding logistics are running smoothly from the planning stages to on-site at the event, itself
- Provide support to the local North America retail teams through communicating global directives, hospitality initiatives, event guidelines, budget, and branding
- Support internal sporting partnerships and experiences by managing regional client allocations
- Assist the Director of Client Relations, VP of Client Relations, alongside other key members of the department with special projects, as needed
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Passion and creativity for client relationship building
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task
Preferred
- Luxury experience
- Degree related to luxury retail industry
