About The Position

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Engineering Lead to build & lead team of Technical Artists to help align existing R&D team with production-oriented teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical art, interest in AI technologies and a passion for driving advancements that enhance our production pipelines and creative processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Art, AI, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in video game’s technical art ideally with a proven track record of successful R&D & AI initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in a creative and technical environment.
• Deep understanding of art creation tools and AI technologies relevant to game development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
