System Director, Imaging Services

The System Director of Imaging Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight for INTEGRIS Health’s system-wide radiology services. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive imaging strategy that aligns with organizational goals, enhances patient access, and ensures the delivery of high-quality imaging services across all facilities. The Director will focus on strategic planning, capital acquisition, site development, and service line growth. The Director of Radiology Services will also partner with system and entity leadership on operational efficiency, workforce development, and retention and recruitment efforts.

• Develop and implement a system-wide imaging strategy that aligns with INTEGRIS Health’s mission and growth objectives.
• Work collaboratively with system and entity leadership to identify additional outpatient radiology access points.
• Through partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, create a comprehensive capital plan for replacement and addition of radiology assets.
• Design and execute a radiologist coverage model that optimizes subspecialty expertise, improves turnaround times, and supports 24/7 reliability across the system.
• Monitor and improve imaging quality, safety, and satisfaction through data-driven performance improvement initiatives.
• Enhance INTEGRIS Health’s community and market presence by expanding outreach initiatives, fostering partnerships with referring providers, and promoting awareness of imaging services to drive volume growth.
• The Director of Radiology Services reports to the Chief Ambulatory Executive.
• Active technical certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or equivalent certification from a relevant accrediting body including, but not limited to, a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), or another technical license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or closely related degree required.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Radiological Sciences, or closely related field highly preferred.
• 5 years experience leading imaging services at the level of Manager or higher required. Candidates with previous experience leading multiple radiology sites are highly preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
