About This Opportunity

Join UQ’s School of Social Science in a continuing academic role in Criminology, offered at Associate Lecturer, Lecturer, or Senior Lecturer level depending on experience.

We welcome applicants from all criminology-related fields, particularly those whose research, teaching, and engagement are undertaken in partnership with Indigenous communities and organisations.

About You

You will have made progression toward (Level A) or completion of a PhD in criminology or a related field and have experience working collaboratively with Indigenous communities and organisations. Candidates who may not meet all the criteria are strongly encouraged to apply for and demonstrate their potential in the role, even if certain selection criteria cannot be met.

The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, education check.
