Work You’Ll Do

You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions for our client’s most challenging problems. You will provide advanced technical leadership, guiding research, applications of quantitative methods, including direct supervision, mentorship, support and guidance for your team members. Opportunities to assist clients will span from Financial Services, Life sciences to Technology, media and Telecom. • Work to implement custom Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions for business needs
• Work to implement AI/ML solutions and services in all major fields of AI including but not limited to Natural Language Processing, Image Recognition, Time Series Analysis, Graph Neural Networks etc.
• Creation of proofs of concept and experimentation based on the latest frameworks and research in AI, GenAI and Agentic AI space
• Performing effective challenge/validation of AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI application of broader risk management processes for AI.
• Be a key contributor to the planning and direction of a project and effectively prioritize client goals
• Contribute to peer level discussions and use quantitative skills to positively influence decision making
• Effectively understand and communicate key technical concepts within AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI and their trustworthiness
• Create algorithms to extract information from large, multiparametric data sets
• Deploy your applications to production to identify actionable insights from large databases
• Compare results from various methodologies and recommend best techniques
• Develop and embed automated processes for AI, GenAI and Agentic AI model validation, deployment, and implementation
• Connect and collaborate with subject matter experts within Deloitte
• Make impactful contributions to internal discussions on emerging machine learning methodologies

Our Regulatory & Financial Risk offering supports clients' regulatory and compliance needs, balancing risk and regulatory requirements with enhancing business value and optimizing outcomes. We deliver enhanced value through strategic transformation, end-to-end implementation, and a focus on business-as-usual sustainability across processes, controls, and data & analytic infrastructures.

Qualifications

Required:

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics or related fields
• Intermediate to advanced Python and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Gen AI frameworks: Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Llama models, Gemini, Claude, Granite, RAG, Stable Diffusion, etc.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LanGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI etc.
• Experience with at least one Deep Learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras
• Building and deploying AI agents on AWS, Azure, GCP. Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments
• Architect ML pipelines and actively contribute high-quality, production-ready code (readable, well-tested, with well-designed APIs)
• Expert understanding of AI best practices
• Solid understanding of ML/DL methods and architectures and mastery of performance assessment and model validations
• Demonstrated ability to develop novel AI methods that go beyond putting together of existing code, and to apply problem-solving skills to complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team to both teach and learn every day
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Master's degree
• An industry specialization such as financial services
• Gen AI and Agentic AI projects already deployed
• Understanding of AI, GenAI and Agentic AI risks, bias, mitigation, and their responsible use.
• Large-scale deep learning model training
