Work You’Ll Do

Deloitte is seeking a Data Operations Manager - Senior Technical Lead. This person will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, resources, and risks, and foster collaboration across engineering, product, and operations. Focused on execution and continuous improvement, they continuously identify friction, simplify workflows, resolve dependencies, ensure release readiness, track metrics, communicate progress to stakeholders, and accelerate momentum across our organizational flywheel. By aligning delivery processes with organizational objectives, they drive project success and empower teams to achieve their goals effectively. They will work with the system, not against it, spotting invisible blockers, surfacing latent opportunities, and championing improvements that compound over time

Qualifications

Required:

  • 15+ years of professional experience with expertise in delivering large-scale transformations
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data strategies, data platforms, and advanced analytics
  • Strong proficiency with technologies like Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, AI/ML frameworks etc.
  • Experience integrating System Integrator platforms with multiple Medicaid modules such as Claims, Pharmacy, Provider Management, Member Management, Care Management, etc.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
