Position Summary:
Penske Logistics is looking for a warehouse clerk associate to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.
Friday to Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm
- $20.50 base rate + $1.00 shift differential = $21.50 p/h

Major Responsibilities:
- Respond to inventory issues from operators on the floor
- Ensuring system count matches physical inventory
- Resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level
- Look for missing product in storage locations
- Update WMS to match physical through various methods/ Research and document root cause
- Accurately receive inventory
- Work with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory
- Audit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentations
- Data setup and validation
- Accurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applications
- Audit existing data for inaccurate data
- Manage unsalable inventory to resolution
- Accurately identify, log, and document potential damage.
- Accurately document information on product recalls, including physically segregating as required.
- Ensure appropriate signage accurately located in distribution center
- Process analysis and documentation
- Assist with daily and weekly reports
- Assist in development and implementation of special projects and tasks
- Other projects and tasks assigned by supervision
Qualifications:
• 2 years of general office experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
