The Senior Field Insight Specialist will be part of a 26-strong Insight team within the Fixed Wholesale and Customer Delivery function. The team provides an independent, data-driven view of end-to-end performance, with a particular focus on our nationwide network of technicians who install and repair Broadband, TV, and Telephony services across the UK.

In this role, you’ll work with large datasets in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and develop innovative Tableau dashboards that bring data to life. You’ll use storytelling to surface what’s working well and see opportunities for improvement — all with the goal of helping our technicians deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (ideally in GCP)
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Skilled at presenting to senior stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Track record of producing analysis that has directly influenced operational, financial, or strategic decisions.
  • Experience working in or supporting a customer-focused operation, with an understanding of how analytics can enhance customer experience.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through organised, methodical planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
