At Virgin Media O2, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director of Product & Transformation. This is a vital role that ensures their day runs smoothly by managing their schedule, priorities, and important commitments with care, professionalism, and discretion!

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and build strong, positive relationships across the business. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to show tact, diplomacy and understanding whilst working with extremely confidential material.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn the organisational structure and the objectives of the Director and their team as well as dealing with complexity within a large complex organisation.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Significant previous experience of supporting senior Executives
  • Strong judgment, decision making, time management and prioritisation.
  • Experience of managing an Executive calendar with many conflicting priorities
