- MDT Team Manager - Eclipse/Data & Quality Service
- Secondment for 6 months
Grade 6 - £52,413 - £64,811 We are a Living Wage Employer, and all our roles will be paid as such where the pay scales are below the Living Wage rate.
Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Working 36.5 hours per week
The Eclipse, Data & Quality MDT TM role will be to manage the Eclipse, Data and Quality Team, which includes roles such as Quality & Standards Officer, Business Analysts and other roles which support the prevention and predictive analysis strategy for building community capacity, resilience and supporting service reform and integration.
Key focus of the TM Eclipse, Data & Quality role:
- Working closely with the HOS Eclipse & Performance and the HOS Principle Social Worker
- Have an excellent knowledge of the key components of Eclipse and be able to manage the Eclipse service as well as provide training on the system to ASC
- To have excellent knowledge of the importance of good quality data and to be responsible for the collection and presentation of reports around data collation in areas of performance, audits and feedback
- To lead and present in performance boards at HOS/TM level
- To ensure that the appropriate data and quality support is given to Social Work Teams and to support the PSW with Practice Learning across ASC.
- Co-production with citizens, family, staff and partner agencies to ensure policy procedures and guidance are understandable and up to date
- To ensure case file/supervision and citizen feedback audits information is received from teams and collated into monthly reports.
The successful candidates will be required to support the CQC inspection and social care savings/efficiency projects
Key considerations for applicant;
- Ability to manage teams/competing priorities and workloads
- Strong communications skills verbally and in writing across to a range of internal/external stakeholders in various settings
- An excellent knowledge of the Eclipse, Data & Quality service area, including knowledge of the role and responsibilities of the Principal Social Worker.
Education, Skills And Qualities Required:
- You will need to have considerable experience of working in the social care sector
- Operational knowledge of Eclipse for ASC
- You will need to understand and adhere to the Performance Conversation principles
- You will need to have the ability to work collaboratively with others
- You will need to demonstrate a commitment to citizens and their carers
- You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- You will need to show examples of demonstrating dignity and respect within work
- You will need to demonstrate the ability to work alongside partnership agencies
- You will need to demonstrate knowledge of 3 Conversations and its working principles
- You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage staff
- You will need to be able to prioritise workloads whilst working with competing demands
