What’s the role? 
As a results driven sales leader, you’ll inspire a team of Mobile Lenders to excel as customer champions. In the competitive lending space, you’ll drive strategic initiatives to meet acquisition targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your leadership and support will empower your team to succeed. By modelling strong interpersonal and professional skills, you’ll set the standard for delivering outstanding service to our customers.

What do I need? 
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the home lending industry– as you’ll be using this to not only grow our lending business share in your area, but to empower your team to grow their own skills as well. 

You’ll have a passion for coaching and developing others to achieve their full potential. You’ll know how to tap into new business opportunities in your networks and can think strategically to deliver better results. All while possessing the self-motivation that’s needed to genuinely lead the way forward.
