- Deliver actionable insights to LOB leaders and their teams that support decision-making to more effectively acquire, retain and ultimately grow priority segments and channels
- Subject matter expert on balance sheet momentum including channels, segments, geography and pipeline performance including benchmarking performance to market (other sources)
- Develop and maintain performance reporting and modelling tools that measure mortgage growth and volume performance
- Respond to senior leaders, regulators and other industry participants enquiries into the mortgage portfolio
- Consolidate across the mortgage LOB activities and initiatives that will support and determine implications for WBG mortgage balance performance
- Develop reporting capabilities with partners
- Experience: 3+ years’ experience in mortgage banking or financial services, with a demonstrated experience in Finance or Performance management .
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems to identify opportunities that deliver organisational value.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- High proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, financial modelling and MS Office applications
- Adaptive influencing and relationship building skills across leaders and peers
- Ability to work autonomously under pressure with shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Finance, Strategy or Product management experience in financial services, preferably in Home Ownership/Mortgage streams
- Degree in a finance or accounting related discipline
- Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, and Teradata SQL preferred but not required
