As Senior Manager, Total Rewards – APAC, you’ll be the go-to expert for Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility across Australasia and the broader APAC region. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Hilton’s Corporate and Hotel Team Members, driving excellence in rewards and wellbeing.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

Be the Rewards Expert for Australasia (AUA):

  • Lead compensation strategy and package structuring for the region.
  • Partner with global mobility and tax teams for complex international moves.
  • Conduct competitive pay reviews and salary benchmarking using Mercer TRS, MRC, and HIRG.
  • Manage LTI-related queries, tax treatments, and reporting for corporate filings.
  • Refine job architecture and salary structures across Sydney, New Zealand, and Fiji.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, merit reviews, and bonus computations.
  • Provide budgeting support in pre-opening new hotel costing (PTER - Payroll, Tax, Employee Related expenses), Brands Organisation, HR (Talent & Leadership Development)

Drive Benefits & Mobility Across APAC:

  • Support the APAC Benefits Director to deliver multiple high-impact projects and meet tight deadlines across APAC, with a focus on Australasia.
  • Deliver and drive benefits awareness through engaging communications and education sessions for corporate HR teams and hotel DHRs. 
  • Deliver onboarding sessions for APAC DHRs to build benefits knowledge and confidence.
  • Collaborate with hotel HR teams to collect, manage, and analyse large datasets, to build dashboards and drive insights.
  • Ensure smooth relocation services and policy compliance in partnership with global mobility teams.
  • Ensure policy compliance and service excellence in all benefits-related interactions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, billing/payments, and census submissions for insurance renewals.
  • Support the rollout of global and regional wellness initiatives that promote holistic wellbeing.
  • Proactively source data and propose enhancements that elevate the Team Member experience.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline benefits delivery. Champion Innovation & Capability Building
  • Explore automation to streamline Cost-to-Company (CTC) offer generation and compensation processes.
  • Develop analytics to support strategic decision-making for regional leadership.
  • Design and deliver training programs on rewards fundamentals and market data interpretation.
  • Track corporatization progress and ensure alignment with APAC frameworks.
  • Engage relevant finance, HR Ops, and legal stakeholders to manage the Above Property corporatization progress, track the above property headcount growth rates, and ensure the new employment model is set up that is aligned with APAC frameworks. 

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 8 years of experience in regional Total Rewards roles within progressive MNCs 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills 
  • High-touch customer service mindset aligned with Hilton’s culture 
  • Proactive problem solver with a calm, positive attitude under pressure 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus 
  • Willingness to travel across APAC
