Position Overview
We're seeking a Client Outreach AML Business Support Lead to serve as a vital bridge between our Agency and Lease Advisory business and their clients throughout the AML compliance process.
This client-facing role requires someone who can effectively communicate AML requirements, coordinate documentation collection, and ensure a smooth compliance experience while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for Agency and Lease Advisory clients during AML compliance processes
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding AML documentation requirements and timelines
- Address client questions and concerns about AML procedures promptly and professionally
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and document review sessions
- Provide regular status updates to clients on their AML review progress
Business Unit Coordination
- Act as liaison between Agency/Lease Advisory teams and internal AML and Compliance teams
- Coordinate timing of AML processes with transaction timelines and client needs
- Ensure the business is informed of AML process requirements and potential delays
- Support Agency teams by managing AML process-related client communications
Process Management & Documentation
- Track and monitor client AML case progress through to completion
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and document submissions
- Coordinate with internal AML teams to ensure timely processing of client files
- Escalate urgent client needs or process bottlenecks to appropriate teams/stakeholders
- Prepare client-facing summaries of AML Process requirements and next steps
- Assist in developing client communication templates and process improvements
Compliance Support
- Review client submissions for completeness before forwarding to internal AML team
- Identify potential documentation gaps and work with clients to address them
- Maintain working knowledge of AML/KYC documentation requirements
- Support clients in understanding and meeting AML standards
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 2-3 years of client-facing experience in financial services, real estate, or professional services
- Experience coordinating between multiple internal departments and external clients
- Background in customer service, account management, or client relations
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of AML regulations and KYC best practices (training on JLL process will be provided)
- Familiarity with sanctions screening concepts and requirements
- Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions preferred
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to explain AML requirements clearly to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate services or commercial property sector
- Understanding of transaction processes in Agency or Lease Advisory services
- Experience with AML processes
- Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate industry standards and practices
