The candidate will be working with a range of clients and wider business practices to engineer/re-engineer, design and build strategies to help our clients as they embark on the journey to transform their operations. He/She will be primarily interacting with Operations and support leads while managing relationships with the clients. He/She must have the ability to work with clients in a consultative way, helping them translate their business objectives into process excellence and digital strategies
- Leads significant process improvement projects
- Support and track the delivery of digital and continuous improvement work for clients
- Responsible for working closely with clients and operations team to carry out process improvement activities and facilitate best practice sharing and driving standardization
- Be able to articulately and present digital and continuous improvement concepts to senior stakeholders (internal and external)
- Develop the business case for Continuous improvement opportunities
- Work closely with aligned operations and transformation leads on opportunity identification, analysis, validation and solution sign off (CI, Analytics, Digital, Process re-design, etc.,)
- Work with business leaders to identify and execute transformation opportunities
- Drive enterprise adoption of the tools/techniques developed while showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition
- Ability to effectively communicate and maintain a governance plan with internal and external stakeholders and to coach Operations on Change management
Technical Skills
- Operational planning and process management to effectively plan, prioritize and execute everyday QC operations
- Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements, domain, etc
- Project planning, monitoring and reviewing
- Project management skills to drive improvement projects / initiatives
- Knowledge in PM or analytics tools is an advantage
Process Specific Skills
- Preferably knowledge of the Insurance industry and its domain
- Basic Lean six sigma knowledge
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Soft Skills
- Exposure in Consulting, preferably in L&A domain
- Fosters a spirit of collaboration and teamwork
- Conformance to policies / compliances with auditing skills and eye for details
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
- Evident Problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication Skills.
Education Requirements
- Understanding or knowledge of Digital levers (RPA, Analytics, ML and AI) would be an added advantage
- PMP / Prince2 certification would be an added advantage
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt/ Green belt would be preferred
