This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django to support accounting automation.
• Design and implement scalable storage solutions using Azure Blob Storage, File Storage, and related services for financial data.
• Build and maintain a Django-based internal web interface that enables accounting and BOS team members to access and trigger automation workflows.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security, especially for financial data workflows.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance accounting automation capabilities.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Python scripting.
• Strong experience with Django framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Storage services.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with other Azure services such as Azure Functions, Key Vault, and App Services.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in performance tuning and distributed systems.
• Exposure to accounting systems or financial automation tools (e.g., Sage Intacct, Ramp, Bill.com).
