This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of engineering and systems specialists.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between software development, data migration, and Intacct support teams.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with leadership to report progress, surface challenges, and align on priorities.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency across the group.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical teams across software engineering and systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of Python development, Django framework, Azure storage, and Sage Intacct.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Background in finance systems, especially within nonprofit or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working in or with the BOS group or similar operational units.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
