This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST with one hour of unpaid break 

Client Timezone: CST

Scope:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Remote work arrangement with CST business hours alignment
  • Focus on appointment setting as primary function with lead generation as secondary responsibility
  • Target market: IT and cybersecurity prospects
  • Performance will be measured on qualified appointments/SQLs generated
  • Opportunity for commission/incentive compensation on top of base salary
  • Conduct appointment setting activities to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Perform lead generation activities including building prospect lists and identifying potential clients

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls and conduct cold outreach to prospects in the IT and cybersecurity space
  • Qualify prospects and schedule demos/meetings for closing team members
  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical solutions and communicate value propositions

Requirements:

  • Semi-technically sound with fundamental understanding of basic IT concepts
  • Strong knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and terminology would be a great asset 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead generation
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in CST time zone
  • Tech background or experience working with technical products preferred
