As the EMEA NPI & Integration Planning Manager within the Supply Chain organization, you will be the central orchestrator of planning activities that enable the successful introduction and integration of new medical technologies and acquisitions into our EMEA operations. You will lead cross-functional planning initiatives, ensuring supply chain readiness, operational integration, and flawless execution in alignment with product development timelines and regulatory requirements.

This role bridges the gap between innovation and operational excellence, ensuring every new product or acquisition is launched with precision, scalability, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in supply chain planning and project management, with a continuous improvement mindset. You will also centrally manage STEM projects for International, optimizing demand and supply to maximize revenue, and serve as the subject matter expert for planning-related projects driven by GPS or local EMEA initiatives.

What To Expect

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Acquisitions

  • Own the supply chain planning workstream for all NPI and acquisition projects, from concept through commercial launch.
  • Develop and manage integrated launch plans, including demand forecasting, supply strategies, and inventory build-up.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to ensure comprehensive supply chain readiness.
  • Lead phase-gate planning reviews, ensuring alignment with global product launch milestones.

Integration & Operational Readiness

  • Ensure seamless integration of new products and acquisitions into existing supply chain systems, including ERP, planning tools, and distribution networks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing, capacity, lead times, and regulatory constraints.
  • Drive master data setup, BOM accuracy, and planning parameter configuration for new SKUs.
  • Support the team during backorder or urgent situations and contribute to operational efficiencies in processes and reporting.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project timelines and resource plans for supply chain deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, escalate risks, and drive resolution of cross-functional issues.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead post-launch reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Management

  • Lead and develop your team to support the overall planning strategy for EMEA and International.
  • Foster teamwork and provide support in backlog or urgent situations.

What We Expect

  • Results-oriented manager with a strong understanding of supply chain and planning principles and practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting and planning analysis.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Experience in Demand Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • In-depth knowledge of NPI processes and acquisitions, including impact on end-to-end supply chain.
  • Technical proficiency in Oracle ERP and Kinaxis RR Planning software (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across multiple internal functions and, where applicable, with external strategic partners.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated drive and ambition to become a fully qualified member of the team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring concurrent tasks and project activities are completed efficiently.
