Training Content Developer

This is a remote position.

• 40 hours a week
• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST with one hour of unpaid break

• Develop comprehensive training materials including videos, step-by-step guides, and Tango walkthroughs for software implementations
• Create social media-style content and animated GIFs for internal communication platforms (Jabber, Connect, etc.)
• Collaborate with engagement managers to understand project requirements and training objectives
• Film and produce training videos for new software features and functionalityDevelop internal control training materials, including scenarios for ca
• sh handling procedures and compliance requirements
• Serve as first point of escalation for training-related support inquiries via email
• Transform technical project specifications into user-friendly training content
• Create internal advertising materials to promote new features and processes within client organizations

Requirements:

• Experience in instructional design or training content development is a big plus
• Proficiency with video production and editing tools
• Ability to create step-by-step documentation and visual guides
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with training software platforms and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
• Understanding of business processes and software implementations
• Customer service orientation for handling support inquiries
