Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized Account Manager / Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a high-volume, deadline-driven content and advertising program for a key retail client. In this role, you’ll coordinate a cross-functional creative and marketing team, maintain delivery timelines, manage stakeholders, and ensure every piece of work meets the highest quality standards.

You won’t need to design or code, but you will need to keep subject-matter experts aligned and accountable across multiple channels and formats.

What You’Ll Own

You will orchestrate and deliver a fast-paced, multi-channel marketing program that includes:

  • Digital Banner Ads:

    Traffic weekly banners, manage audience/geo targeting, and work with the Digital Ads Specialist to optimize performance and pacing.
  • Video/OTT/CTV Campaigns:Coordinate creative development, flighting, and performance checks for digital video campaigns
  • Weekly Circulars/Ads:
  • Manage the production and delivery of three (3) weekly ads. This includes overseeing timelines, inputs, proofing, approvals, file specs, and final distribution.
  • Monthly Web Content:
  • Maintain and execute a monthly content calendar with 20–30 posts across website, blog, and social platforms. Manage content briefs, routing, QA, and publishing.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management

  • Develop and maintain master calendars (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with deliverables and approval milestones
  • Write clear, actionable briefs with specs, due dates, and routing
  • Run daily/weekly meetings and publish action items within 24 hours
  • Monitor progress, escalate risks early, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage version control, naming conventions, and asset handoffs

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Balance designer workloads across multiple weekly deliverables
  • Direct the Marketing Assistant in asset collection, copy pulls, CMS tasks, and QA
  • Partner with the Digital Ads Specialist on campaign trafficking and optimizations
  • Provide clear feedback and keep the team unblocked and aligned

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary contact for client-side stakeholders
  • Set expectations, manage review cycles, and secure timely approvals
  • Coordinate with printers, media partners, and platform vendors as needed

Quality Assurance & Delivery

  • Own pre-flight checks for specs, legal copy, pricing, and visual accuracy
  • Ensure correct file export and timely delivery to all channels (web, social, email, ad platforms, print)
  • Maintain low error rates through rigorous QA and checklist enforcement

Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly highlights/risks and monthly performance summaries
  • Monitor ad KPIs with the Digital Ads Specialist and recommend optimizations
  • Track trends and performance insights to guide creative and targeting decisions
  • 4–6+ years in account/project/production management (agency or in-house creative)
  • Experience managing creative teams, content production, and media workflows
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proven problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills: brief writing, client communication, and facilitation
