This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 flexible working hours per day between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM Toronto Time
Total weekly hours: 20 Hours

Our client is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Appointment Setter to drive client acquisition through personalized email and LinkedIn outreach. This role offers the chance to directly impact business growth and the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance.

The ideal candidate has proven success in outbound sales and appointment setting, with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). They are self-motivated, results-driven, and work well independently. Experience with email marketing, automation flows, LinkedIn outreach, CRMs, and project management tools (preferably Nifty) is essential. Strong research and writing skills are also key to creating engaging, personalized messages.



Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns through email and website contact forms to generate qualified appointments
  • Craft authentic, personalized messages that engage prospects and avoid automated or generic tones
  • Conduct strategic research to identify and qualify potential leads for web development, SEO, and marketing services
  • Leverage LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation
  • Schedule high-quality appointments between qualified prospects and the business owner
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads and follow-ups
  • Collaborate in developing and refining outbound sales processes and best practices
  • Track and report outreach performance and appointment conversion metrics


Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and appointment setting with measurable results
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation for potential voice interactions
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in email marketing strategies, automation, and bulk email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools (Nifty preferred)
  • Exceptional writing skills for crafting compelling, personalized outreach messages
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify quality prospects
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems for internal and client communication
  • Ability to streamline and automate outreach processes efficiently
