Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the foundation of the sales pipeline, conducting strategic research to identify and qualify potential clients who would benefit from comprehensive back office support services. This flexible part-time role offers the perfect balance of independence and impact, allowing you to work on your schedule while directly contributing to company growth. You’ll focus on building high-quality prospect lists that fuel the appointment-setting process, working collaboratively with the Business Development Representative to ensure optimal lead hand off and conversion opportunities.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential prospects in the small and local business market
  • Build comprehensive, high-quality lead lists with detailed prospect information and contact data
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified leads to support the Business Development Representative’s activities
  • Maintain strict quality standards for lead research and data accuracy
  • Coordinate effectively with the BDR team to optimize lead hand off timing and maximize conversion potential
  • Utilize various lead generation tools and research techniques to identify ideal target prospects


Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with lead generation tools, research techniques, and prospecting methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and data management skills
  • Ability to identify target market characteristics and ideal customer profiles
  • Proficiency with online research platforms, databases, and data compilation tools
  • Self-directed work style perfect for flexible scheduling and remote work arrangements
  • Strong analytical skills to assess prospect quality and potential fit
