We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Insurance and Annuity Operations

Your Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Insurance and Annuity Operations
• Strong knowledge of DTCC files, Commission processing and I/A Trading process
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
